When you place an order on Hijab.pk, you will receive an order confirmation call from our customer service representative within 8 to 12 hours. After you have confirmed your order, consignment will be dispatched immediately and it will reach you anywhere in Pakistan within 3-5 working days. Your delivery is made through Leopards or TCS Courier.
You can track your order by online tracking, SMS, email or call our customer service center if unexpected delays occur with your order, which is highly unlikely. Our customer service department will effectively act to solve your problem and rectify it by taking necessary actions.
To confirm the order our customer service representative will call you within 8 to 12 hours. In case you do not receive the call, our customer service representative will call you 3 time. If you do not respond all 3 calls for order confirmation. Your order will be considered cancelled. You will also receive timely emails about your order confirmation process. And only upon confirmation from you, we will dispatch your order.
We believe in store choices and work our way to provide our customer with best services and care. Therefore, you have the option to cancel your order by informing us at HIjab.pk or calling at our customer service department. Please note that the shipment or the item you ordered will be dispatched within 24 hours, hence order can only be cancelled at the time of the order confirmation call. Once you have confirmed the order it will not be canceled.
Dispute & Returns (7 Days Return Policy)
Buying or Selling at Hijab.pk is not risky at all. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original HIJAB receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.
All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Shipping Charges will be borne by the customers and it’s non-refundable.

The customers should inform Hijab within 2 days of receiving the order. Once the customer has informed about the return of order, our shipping partner will collect that order within 5 working days. In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address.
Either Case, please also enclose any HIJAB collectible items or any other free gifts you may have received with your order.
Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve, the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your Hijab wallet. The credit will appear in the “My Account” section under the “My Wallet” area. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing. The customer can use that wallet to order a new item he/she likes.
Please note that returns cannot be processed if the items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing or if any of the accompanying gift items are missing.
What are the items/services that cannot be returned?
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.
- Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and gift wraps.
- No item that has been sold as part of a multi-pack can be returned as an individual item.
- Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
- Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete.
